Mr. John Carr was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. He kept me updated with his correspondence with the local utility and county inspectors. His crew showed-up as promised with all necessary tools and equipment (including scissor-lift to hang high-bay light fixtures at 25′). JML cares about their quality of work and John gave me a follow-up call after work was completed.
